The apartment features a cosy bedroom, perfect for relaxing, and a living room bathed in natural light, equipped with a dining table and direct access to a private balcony with stunning views of the river. The bathroom is fully equipped and functional. The kitchen, fully fitted with modern appliances including a dishwasher, allows you to prepare your meals in complete comfort. The building has a lift for easy access. For your comfort, the apartment features Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. Located on Avenida da República, this apartment offers a prime location from which to explore Vila Nova de Gaia. Just a short walk away is the Jardim do Morro, an iconic spot with stunning views over Porto and the River Douro, perfect for taking in the region’s beauty at any time of day. Within easy reach, discover museums, historic churches and contemporary art spaces. The proximity to the famous Port wine cellars offers unique tasting and discovery experiences. Explore the World of Wine (WOW), a cultural complex featuring museums and interactive exhibitions, just a short walk away. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied. If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of 40€ will be applied after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon request. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). The tenant agrees to allow the host's staff to enter the property whenever requested, with monthly visits for inspection purposes. For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit of 150€ for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses. If this amount is exceeded, the guest will be responsible for paying the excess. We offer a transfer service that will take you directly to the apartment! Simply request it (price upon request). You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast delivered to your apartment every morning, upon request (price upon request). To make Gaia even more attractive, the municipal tourist tax has been implemented. The fee of 2.50€ is not included in the accommodation price and applies to guests over 16 years old. It is charged per person, per night, for a maximum of 7 nights.
