Please note that garage parking is unavailable, as it is reserved for the owner's storage. - Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker - Living room - Family room - Backyard w/ large lawn & deck with outdoor seating Note: - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities. - NO PETS - Outdoor activities are prohibited between 9PM-8AM Aptos is a coastal gem nestled in Santa Cruz County. It is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property. - The backyard is open to the neighboring property (also a vacation rental), with no fence separating the two. To ensure a great experience for everyone, please respect the privacy of neighboring guests and enjoy this home’s backyard within its designated space. Check out the photos for a better look! - We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed.
