Filled with sunlight and professionally-selected décor, this airy and classy home can sleep up to 20 guests and is custom-designed for large groups to experience extravagant living in Phoenix. - Spaces professionally designed and crafted with large groups in mind. - Beautiful, professionally maintained heated in-ground pool complete with patio and grill. - Private pool is typically heated/temperature controlled from Labor Day through Memorial Day. - Built-in grill with counterspace and outdoor dining area. - Indoor chef's kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware. - Safe, family-friendly neighborhood with plenty to see and do. - All beds feature Tempurpedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens. - All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels. Arcadia is a safe, residential neighborhood in the city of Phoenix. The location is central with plenty to do nearby including multiple options of grocers, restaurants, nightlife, local merchants and general commerce. It is only a 12-20 minute drive to downtown. *IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS*   -We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. -We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.  -We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.   -We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.  -Pets are not allowed at this property.  -Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted. -We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
