Once inside, the layout is distributed across two floors. Floor 1: 🛏️ Bedroom 1: One king bed 🛏️ Bedroom 2: One queen bed Additional Rooms: Living room, kitchen, two full bathrooms Floor 2: 🛏️ Bedroom 3: Two Queen beds with ensuite bathroom Additional Room: Full ensuite bathroom Outdoor Space The private balcony features a hot tub and grill, offering a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the mountain surroundings after a day of adventure. With access to two world-class resorts, the Blackjack Ridge development offers outdoor adventure for every skill-level and interest all year round. Enjoy skiing the renowned slopes in the winter and hiking/biking/climbing in the spring and summer months. From December to early March, guests can enjoy ski in/ ski out access to Snowbird and a complimentary shuttle service to and from Alta. The public UTA bus runs a free loop from Snowbird up to the Alta Bypass road and back every 30 minutes while the resort is open. Although regarded as home to some of the “best snow on earth,” this area is so much more than a ski destination. Snowmelt reveals a whole new season of outdoor enjoyment for every skill level and interest. The area’s growing network of trails allows bikers, hikers, and climbers to enjoy the unparalleled views of the ridge during a short walk around the area, rappelling down an exposed rock face, or after a long, rewarding trek up one of the many peaks. HOUSE DISCLOSURES –We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival. -We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
