The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living room features plush seating, a Smart TV, making it the perfect space to relax after a day of adventure. A washer and dryer are available for added convenience, and high-speed WiFi ensures you stay connected throughout your stay. 🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, complimentary coffee, a coffee machine, and a variety of spices to enhance your home-cooked meals. With plenty of counter space, cooking is easy and enjoyable. The spacious dining area offers seating for the whole group, plus a high chair for little ones. 🛏️ Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements Bedroom 1: King bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Twin & Queen Bed Living Room: Sleeper sofa 🛁 Bathrooms Both bathrooms are full baths—one with a bathtub and shower combo for a relaxing soak, and the other with a walk-in shower for added convenience. 🔥 Backyard Retreat Step outside to a spacious fenced backyard with beautiful mountain views, perfect for unwinding in the fresh air. Gather around the fire pit, fire up the BBQ grill, and relax in comfortable patio seating under the stars. 🚗 Parking There are two designated parking spaces available in the driveway or the cul-de-sac, as well as access to the garage. Please park only in these areas and avoid parking anywhere else, including across the street by the light pole/greenhouse.. 🌳 Parks & Outdoor Spaces – Enjoy beautiful parks, scenic hiking trails, and open green spaces just a short drive away. Explore Cheyenne Mountain State Park, take a nature walk at Bear Creek Regional Park, or visit the stunning landscapes of Garden of the Gods. 🍽️ Dining & Cafés – A variety of restaurants and coffee shops are nearby, offering everything from casual eats to fine dining. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability.
