This home sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms. You’ll find luxurious linens and comfortable furnishings in each room for your ultimate comfort! - Bedroom #1 has a king size bed and smart tv. - Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and smart tv. - Bedroom #3 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: - This is a walk-in unit. - Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. - 2 unassigned parking spaces are available. - The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo. - Washer and dryer in unit. - The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. - Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.
