Morning light filters through wide windows as the house slowly comes to life - coffee brewing in the kitchen, kids drifting toward the game room, and plans taking shape for another day near Orlando’s world-famous attractions. After a full day out, evenings naturally gather everyone back together, whether it’s a movie night in the cinema or quiet conversations by the pool and hot tub. This entire villa in Kissimmee is set within Solara Resort and designed for large family stays and group trips. With generous shared spaces and multiple themed bedrooms, it offers room to spread out while still staying connected. The home features two living areas, a dedicated game room, and a cinema that adds an easy option for nights in. Sleeping arrangements The villa offers nine bedrooms arranged across two levels. Downstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a second master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite, along with a mix of themed rooms. These include a Marvel-themed bedroom with a twin bunk bed plus a twin bed and ensuite bathroom, an Alice-themed bedroom with two twin bunk beds, a Harry Potter-themed room with a full bunk bed and ensuite bathroom, and a Frozen-themed bedroom with a twin bunk bed plus a twin bed and ensuite bathroom. Several additional king bedrooms upstairs each include an ensuite bathroom, creating flexible options for couples and families traveling together. Living spaces Two separate living areas allow groups to relax without crowding, whether you’re unwinding after the parks or enjoying downtime indoors. The cinema room adds a dedicated space for movie nights, while the game room offers another way to spend time together. Kitchen and dining A large full kitchen anchors the home, equipped for preparing meals at home during your stay. Two indoor dining areas make it easy to gather for breakfasts before heading out or dinners back at the villa after long days exploring. Laundry is convenient with a washer and dryer available. Outdoor living Step outside to the outdoor area with patio furniture, a pool, and a hot tub - a comfortable spot to cool off during warm Florida afternoons or relax in the evenings year-round. Resort access provides additional shared amenities during your stay. Comfort and conveniences The home includes air conditioning, heating, wifi, and a dedicated workspace for guests who need to stay connected. Bathroom essentials and bedroom linens are provided, and safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are in place. Free parking is available on the premises, and the villa is pet-friendly. Located in Kissimmee, the villa places you close to Disney, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld, while still offering a spacious retreat to return to at the end of each day. It’s well-suited for large families, multi-generational trips, and groups looking for a comfortable home base in the Orlando area. Please note: We provide the grill, but propane is not included. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane if needed.

Good to know

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. All reservations require damage protection, processed via our third-party system before arrival: - 1-Night stays: $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free checkout inspection). - 2+ Night stays: Choose between the $500 refundable deposit or a non-refundable $20/night damage waiver (max $100), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear. Note: Deposit holds expire after 7 days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day 6 and re-authorized to keep coverage continuous. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding!

The Neighborhood

The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex. A wave simulator offers a perfect opportunity to learn how to surf, or, if you are a seasoned surfer, show off your skills. The little ones will prefer the splash pad for some fun in the sun. Why not join them and let your inner child come out to play? When it’s time to take a break everyone will love to cool off with an ice-cream from the Solara Resort ice-cream parlor or a cold drink from the bar by the pool. Solara Resort includes a basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court and a full-size soccer field. If you’re not a sports-fan but like to stay in shape, you can work out in the large fitness center at the clubhouse. At the end of the day, you might find your teens at the teen hangout center where they have already made new friends. If they’re not ready to leave just yet, that’s fine too; hungry tummies will soon find their way over to the bar & grill where you’re already chilling with a drink.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities.

House Rules and Terms

Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and BUGS. (Yes, dare I say it..) These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray! We do welcome furry friends! However, a written notification from the guest and approval by the host is REQUIRED. We allow (1) one house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight). A pet fee is applied & subject to up to $150 security deposit There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 22 guests at any given time. It's for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners :) The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property. Please note that we welcome children of all ages but wanted to make sure you’re aware that the home is NOT baby-proofed. No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to (2) cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the street. Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests! Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Please note that, after it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
