This spacious two-story home combines comfort and entertainment with a private pool and spa, themed bedrooms, a foosball table, and access to resort amenities. Located in a gated community with 24/7 security, it offers a comfortable home base for families and groups visiting the Orlando theme parks. Bedrooms & Bathrooms This home features 7 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, and 1 half bathroom on the lower level, providing plenty of space and privacy for everyone. • Bedroom 1 – Ground Floor: King bed, ensuite bathroom, and direct pool access. • Bedroom 2: Queen bed and ensuite bathroom. • Bedroom 3: Queen bed and ensuite bathroom shared with Bedroom 4. • Bedroom 4: Queen bed and shares the ensuite bathroom with Bedroom 3. • Bedroom 5: Nautical-themed bunk room with 6 single beds, ideal for kids and groups. • Bedroom 6: Queen bed with a peaceful ambiance. • Bedroom 7: King bed and ensuite bathroom. Each full bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and towels for your convenience. Living, Dining & Kitchen The main living room features plush seating, a large TV, and direct access to the private pool, creating an airy and inviting space to relax together. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and a coffee maker for your morning brew. A large island with seating for 5 provides a convenient spot for casual meals or conversation, while the formal dining table seats 8. Upstairs, the loft provides additional lounge space with a TV and foosball table for extra entertainment. Outdoor Amenities Enjoy your own screened-in pool and spa, perfect for unwinding after a day at the parks. The covered patio features seating for morning coffee or evening drinks. Good To Know For your convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and cable TV throughout. The stairways and bedrooms are carpeted for added comfort, and the property is located within a gated community with 24/7 security. Pool heating is available for an additional fee from November through April, with a minimum 3-night stay and 48-hour advance notice required. A BBQ grill is also available to rent upon request; advance notice is required, and propane is not included.

Pool & BBQ • Pool heating is available (Winter only) for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. A BBQ grill is also available for an additional fee; please request it at least 48 hours before arrival. It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature. What You'll Find When You Arrive • Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered. Good to Know Before You Arrive • Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way. House Guidelines • Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. • No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies. • Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families. • No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds. • This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level. • We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture. Booking Requirements • Lead guest must be 21 or older. • A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation • Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay. • Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.) Safety & Damages • Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only. • Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.
