Property Highlights: 3 Bedrooms – Comfortable sleeping for the whole family, including one with a twin daybed. Please note: this home comfortably sleeps 6 adults. There are two additional twin sized daybeds for those traveling with children. Private Heated Pool – Enjoy your own sparkling oval pool (7 ft deep at one end) surrounded by tropical landscaping. Lounge under 3 umbrellas or soak up the Florida sun in one of the 6 beach chairs. Game Room Fun – Kick back in the game room featuring a 65” Smart TV, PlayStation, and more entertainment options for movie nights or gaming sessions. Fully Equipped Kitchen & Dining Area – Perfect for family meals, with everything you need to cook and dine in comfort. Family-Friendly Essentials – Traveling with little ones is easy! We provide a Pack ’n Play, highchair, and children’s books for your convenience. Beach Ready: You’re just a short walk to Marco Island’s pristine beach. We’ve made beach days simple with 6 beach chairs, a cooler, cart, and plenty of beach towels—just grab and go! Nestled in a tranquil Marco Island neighborhood, this home offers a prime location for your vacation. You're just a short walk to the stunning white sands of the beach, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or a leisurely stroll. For dining, you'll find a variety of options within a short drive, from casual beachfront cafes to upscale restaurants. Explore nearby shops for souvenirs, beach essentials, and unique finds. The neighborhood itself is known for its friendly atmosphere and beautiful, well-maintained homes, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for your stay. Please take note of the following details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay: Pets are strictly prohibited. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Free parking is available on-site. The home comfortably sleeps 6 adults, with two additional twin daybeds for children. A government ID must be uploaded upon booking if not already completed. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home or in common areas; smoking is permitted in front of the building on the sidewalk. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed. Please adhere to the maximum occupancy stated in your reservation. We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings. There is a handling fee of $50 plus shipping costs for returned items, with requests needing to be made within 7 days. Mail service is not supported. Security deposits may be withheld for property damage, unauthorized guests, or events. The property is monitored by 24-hour outdoor cameras and a remote security team.
