This community is conveniently located in the Courthouse neighborhood, just one block from the Courthouse metro station and on the edge of the Clarendon neighborhood. Great restaurants, shopping and a weekly farmer's market are just a few of the amenities this neighborhood has to offer. We offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units as well as studio apartments. Our newly modernized furnished units are designed specifically for the traveler who wants the comfort of home while visiting the DC metro area. The local design experts assisted in the choice of furniture, fixtures, household goods, colors, and artwork. With amenity packages that are truly industry leading, you can make yourself feel at home in both our furnished and unfurnished units. Please note furnishing may be slightly different from unit to unit. The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If you are looking for something unique, antique or distinct, the Urban Village Market (located on 15th Street near the Courthouse Metro station) is a good bet. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding. Baby Gear (Optional Add-On) Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item. Parking Information Driving to your Sojourn? Pet Policy Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
