Located on the ground floor, this magnificent accommodation has 2 windows facing the street and is characterized as follows: - approximately 30 m2 of living space - Bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, towel dryer and WC - Equipped kitchen: traditional oven, hob, hoods, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Tassimo espresso machine, toaster, kettle - Dining area with table and two chairs - Living room area with sofa bed (2 additional beds) and TV - Office space with electrical outlets - Bedroom area with wardrobe and 160x200 bed A mini-laundry is available to guests in the lobby of the building, equipped with washing machines and dryers. The Pey Berland Tower is the most visited historical monument in Bordeaux. Erected between 1440 and 1446, the tower allows you to dominate the city and enjoy a unique view of Bordeaux from the top. However, you must not be afraid to climb 231 steps. - Shopping: 118 Rue Sainte-Catherine: Rue Sainte-Catherine is Bordeaux's most commercial street.
