Escape to this charming two-story cottage nestled in a peaceful, spacious setting within a quiet cottage community, just a short stroll from the shimmering waters of Malpeque Bay. Though not directly on the water, this cozy home offers panoramic bay views and a serene atmosphere, perfect for families or small groups seeking a relaxing getaway. Private beach access is available just from the lot across the street. This home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to seven guests. The first floor includes a front living room, all three bedrooms (two with queen beds and one with a double/twin bunk bed), a full bathroom, and a welcoming front porch with seating. Upstairs, you’ll find a bright, open-concept kitchen fully stocked with everything you need—pots, pans, utensils, spices, and appliances including a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, and kettle. The second floor also features a dining area, a cozy living room, a pullout sofa in the living room, a second full bathroom, a washer/dryer, and a spacious deck with outdoor seating and beautiful bay views. The upper deck leads down to either the front porch or the fenced backyard, offering plenty of space to unwind. The backyard includes a small garden, a BBQ, and room for kids to play safely. With AC, fans, and space heaters, the home is comfortable year-round. Thoughtful touches like a safety gate at the top of the stairs make it ideal for families with young children. There is beach access across the road, if you pass over the road to the empty lot there are some adirondack chairs set up for your use as well as stairs to the beach.
