Three Rivers Resort is ideally situated in the heart of Almont, CO, just 20 minutes south of Crested Butte and 10 minutes north of Gunnison. “Disco Midge” (Every cabin is named after a fly pattern.) This cabin is one of our most popular, especially for larger families or groups looking for many options in sleeping arrangements. There are 3 bedrooms each with a sink and vanity. Additionally, there is a bunk bed located in an alcove outside of the bedrooms, providing additional bed space if needed. The living room / kitchen / dining area are all together and make for a nice gathering area inside with a gas stove fireplace. While the location of the cabin is right along Taylor River Road (CR 742), there is a nice deck area outside the back door of the cabin with a picnic table, charcoal grill and fire pit. Plenty of parking available here. • Approximately 1200 square feet • Two bedrooms with queen size beds, one bedroom with a bunkbed plus 2 twin beds, additional bunkbed in hallway alcove. • Supplies included: paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, bar soap, hairdryer, trash bags, dish soap • Not included: Anything edible (including coffee, condiments, spices), laundry detergent, shampoo and toiletries • Plenty of parking here on both sides of the cabin with room for toy trailers. All units are designated as non-smoking (including marijuana). Dogs allowed for an additional $20/night/dog, maximum of 2 dogs. No cats or other animals. Dogs may not be left alone in cabins at any time. Nightly rate is based on 8 people. There is an additional fee of $10/person/night for extra persons (ages 7 and over). Maximum occupancy is 10. Rates are typically higher during the peak season from May – September/early October and during holiday periods. Rates are adjusted based on occupancy and can change at any time.
