Summit House is a spacious 2-story cottage only a couple blocks from every convenience downtown Harbor Springs has to offer, and is perfect for beach lovers, skiers, and downtown shoppers! A great place to stay for an extended weekend, long getaway, or a mid-week work trip! Adorned with comfort and style in mind, the spacious open floorplan flows easily from room to room with beautiful solid wood floors throughout, and offers all the amenities of your very own home. This home features (2) beautifully appointed main floor bedrooms, one with a new King-sized memory foam bed, and the other a new Queen-sized memory foam bed. There is a full sized main-floor bathroom, and a utility bathroom in the basement, along with a full-sized washer and dryer. The 2nd story, also known as the “Bunk-Room”, includes (4) new full-sized memory foam beds, and (2) new single memory foam beds, a 32” cable tv, and a great play area. Enjoy the outdoor lifestyle with a Weber gas grill, lawn furniture, and a fire pit, or sit and enjoy the serene views from the covered front porch, rain or shine.
