The fully equipped kitchen has a large fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and plenty of bench space. The living area has a slow combustion fire, large flat screen television with Austar and surround sound. Access to the front and rear balconies are provided from upstairs. The rear balcony has a family Weber Q. The large master bedroom has sea views, a large walk-in robe and a spacious ensuite comprising double vanity, w.c., shower with sea views and under floor heating. There is also a separate w.c. and vanity area. Downstairs has a second spacious living area with sea views, large flat screen television with Austar, surround sound and a Nintendo WII. There is also a kitchenette with a second sink and mini fridge. The second bedroom has a queen bed and sea views. The third bedroom has a tri-bunk (double bed on the bottom and single on top) and sea views.
