SUMMARY Art Haven is an ideal Southwestern home away from home! This welcoming two-story rental is a short walk from Santa Fe's downtown Plaza. You will be instantly charmed by its southwestern touches, modern appliances, and comfortable living spaces LIVING AREA The comfortable and cozy living space has a gorgeous kiva fireplace, and comfortable seating for your group to gather. KITCHEN AND DINING The living room leads to an elevated dining space, which features a table for six and access to the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, and is perfect for cooking. BED AND BATH The primary suite offers a king bed, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and gorgeous en suite bathroom complete with a jacuzzi tub. Both guest bedrooms (one of which opens to a private patio) have queen beds. Both guest bedrooms have a bathroom in the hall just outside of the bedroom doors. OUTDOOR SPACE The private outdoor space comes complete with a comfortable dining table and a propane grill that are sure to lead to memorable home-cooked meals. LOCATION .8 miles to the Plaza .9 miles to the Railyard 1.2 miles to Canyon Road PLEASE NOTE - This home is cooled by an evaporative cooler rather than traditional A/C, which is standard and effective in New Mexico's dry climate. Evaporative coolers are only available from May 15th - October 1st. - The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th. - A one-car garage, and a spot beside the home are available for your use, but please note that they are tight spots that can be difficult to get into. Large SUVs, Vans, Trucks, etc. WILL NOT fit in the garage, or on-site. Larger vehicles must park on the street. - This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.
