The mobility lease is a type of short term furnished lease. It aims to facilitate the mobility of tenants, especially those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or mission), students, young people in training, alternation or internship. It is an 11m² studio located on the ground floor. It is composed of: - A living room with a sofa and an office area - An open kitchenette, equipped and functional (refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, induction cooker, microwave...) - A double bed on the mezzanine - A shower room with shower and WC - TV and high speed internet (WiFi). - Storage space - Sheets and towels provided. The Latin Quarter, known throughout the world for its history and cultural influence, is largely located in the 5th arrondissement. It is the oldest district in Paris, along with the Île de la Cité, and includes some vestiges of the Gallo-Roman era, the mythical Sorbonne, and the Pantheon. It is undoubtedly the intellectual heart of Paris, where each street breathes history. It is a very lively district in the evening on the side of the rue Mouffetard or the boulevard Saint-Germain where dozens of restaurants follow one another. In the absence of payment, the person will not be able to give you the keys.
