POOL, SPA & PROPERTY LIABILITY WAIVER By confirming and securing a reservation, the registered renter acknowledges and agrees that they, along with all members of their party and invited guests, assume all risks and responsibilities associated with the use of the swimming pool, spa, and property, including but not limited to accidents, personal injury, serious bodily harm, drowning, or death. The registered renter accepts responsibility for the safety, conduct, and supervision of all occupants and guests during their stay. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the registered renter agrees to release and hold harmless the property owner and management company from liability arising from the use of the pool, spa, and property, except where such liability cannot legally be waived. By securing a reservation, the registered renter acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. 🧾 ADDITIONAL DETAILS & IMPORTANT INFORMATION • As per Florida state law, we cannot leave any opened condiments or food items in the refrigerator or kitchen cabinets. Multiple grocery stores are located just minutes away, including Publix Super Markets conveniently located near the community entrances. • Private pool deck with heated pool & spa. Pool/spa heating is available for $49 per night and must be added for the entire duration of the reservation. We kindly ask that requests be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival, as the system requires time to fully heat. • The spa does not remain heated continuously like a traditional hot tub. It heats only when activated using the spa timer controls. • During colder winter months, pool heating performance may be reduced when outdoor temperatures drop below 60°F. • Enjoy the outdoor barbecue grill during your stay for only $69 per reservation — propane included. • Free and fast Wi-Fi internet and smart-home-connected central air conditioning are available throughout the home to keep guests comfortable and connected. • Washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and clothing steamer are available for guest convenience. • Family-friendly amenities include stroller, double stroller, high chair, Pack ’n Play, and additional children’s items may be available upon request depending on availability. Additional fees may apply for extra equipment requests. • Free parking available for 2–3 vehicles in the driveway, plus additional nearby street parking where permitted by HOA guidelines. • Five full bathrooms stocked with fresh towels, pool towels, hair dryers, toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. • Combination shower/tub setups and vanity mirrors throughout the home. • Daily housekeeping is not included, but mid-stay cleaning services may be arranged upon request for an additional fee. • Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability and operational schedule. • Amazon, UPS, FedEx, Instacart, DoorDash, Uber Eats, and similar delivery services can deliver directly to the home.
