Outdoor Amenities Your private screened pool is the perfect spot to cool off after theme park adventures. The covered lanai keeps you shaded while you lounge on sun chairs, dine alfresco at the outdoor table, or relax on the outdoor sofa. Beyond your backyard, Storey Lake Resort delivers serious value: walk to The Hideaway Club for a resort-style pool, two waterslides, a lazy river, kids' splash park, 9-hole mini-golf, sand volleyball, a fitness center, tiki bar, and on-site dining. Hop in a kayak and paddle the scenic lake, or let the kids loose in the playground and arcade game room. Good To Know Stay connected with Wi-Fi throughout the home, and take advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer so you can pack light. Free on-site parking makes arrival easy. A dedicated workspace is available if you need to check emails between adventures. The home includes lake access and a kayak for your use. Pool heating is available in winter for $50 per day (must cover full stay; request at least 7 days before check-in). A BBQ grill is available for an additional fee with 48 hours' notice. The lead guest must be 21 or older, and a quick rental agreement is required upon booking.

What You'll Find When You Arrive - Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered. Good to Know Before You Arrive - Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way. House Guidelines - Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. - No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies. - Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families. - No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds. - This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level. - We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture. Booking Requirements - Lead guest must be 21 or older. - A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation - Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay. - Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.) Safety & Damages - Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only. - Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.
