SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS FOR A WAVE FROM IT ALL (sleeps 6): Primary Suite (located up the stairs on condo's upper level): - King bed - Sliding glass door access to private balcony overlooking the beach. - Ocean views - Night stands, reading lamps & dresser with smart TV - En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Guest Suite (located up the stairs on condo's upper level): - King bed - Sliding glass door access to private roof deck with views of the Shipwatch community (including the pool). - Dresser, night stand, smart TV & reading lamp - En-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Guest Bedroom (located on the condo's first floor): - Queen bed and bunk bed (twin on top and twin on bottom) - Night stand & reading lamps - Bathroom with walk-in shower ********** HIGHLIGHTS: - Penthouse-level privacy with unmatched ocean views from the living room, dining area, kitchen, primary suite and two private balconies. - Use of the Shipwatch community pool (open year round), kids' pool, playground & boardwalk beach access. - Spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, toaster oven, coffee maker & more) and countertops! - Open floor layout between the living room, kitchen and dining room areas. - Dining room table seats 6 and kitchen counter seats 3. - Free WIFI - Private parking for maximum of 2 cars is included in the rental rate. - Don't wait in an office to check-in or get a key! Drive straight to your beach home and enter the front door with a lock code. Prior to your visit, we will send you our mobile app with directions and full instructions. - Easy proximity to Charleston, SC. --- Guests enter A Wave From It All by taking the building's elevator to the 4th floor and walking across the exterior corridor to the front door of this home. Once you enter the front door, you will find a foyer, which leads to the downstairs guest bedroom, a full bathroom and the kitchen, dining & living room areas. You'll enjoy ocean views from the kitchen, dining & living room areas. You'll enjoy ocean breezes from the private balcony located off the living room. There is a stairwell in the living room that leads to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the condo's upper level. The primary suite (which is located on the condo's upper level) features ocean views and sliding door access to a private balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. The second bedroom on the upper level has sliding door access to a private, sun downer roof deck. There is a full sized washing machine & dryer in the hallway closet on the condo's upper level. The pool doesn't close for the winter season! It will only close for occasional weather issues, periodic maintenance or state closure requirements. COMMUNITY POOL IS OPEN YEAR ROUND. SUBJECT TO MAINTENANCE AND OTHER CLOSURES. NO PETS; NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors. This penthouse condo is located within the Shipwatch residential community in the Wild Dunes Resort on Isle of Palms.
