The Buoy Suite is a 2 bedroom, 1-bathroom, condo (sleeps 4) a short drive to Virginia Beach and Ocean View Beach. Every detail has been taken care of to make this a comfortable and unique AirBnb stay. Also available for monthly rental. Please submit inquiry for monthly availability. -All utilities included in monthly rent Parking - Guests are given one parking spot in the parking lot. We do not have designed street parking - additional parking can be found at the beach access across the street Beach chairs are available. Bedroom 1: First Bedroom has a queen size bed Bedroom 2: Second Bedroom has a queen size bed *There is no ramp or elevator in this house. There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with and high-speed wifi. The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed. Tucked along Norfolk’s northern edge, the Ocean View neighborhood blends laid-back coastal charm with a strong sense of community and history. With nearly seven miles of Chesapeake Bay shoreline, Ocean View is where locals gather for beach bonfires, fishing off the pier, or evening walks as the sun sets over the bay. The neighborhood is known for its relaxed vibe—porch swings and crab boils, kids riding bikes to the water, and neighbors who still wave hello. Ocean View Avenue anchors the area, lined with unpretentious seafood joints, long-standing diners, and locally owned shops that have served generations. You’ll find live music on warm nights, community festivals, and a deep appreciation for life by the water. Whether you're paddle boarding at sunrise, grabbing a cold drink at a bayside bar, or just enjoying the view from your front steps, Ocean View offers more than just a beach—it offers a lifestyle rooted in simplicity, salt air, and a welcoming spirit you’ll feel right away. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding. Baby Gear (Optional Add-On) Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item. Parking Information Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Pet Policy Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
