This spacious 4th-floor vacation rental includes a private Gulf Front balcony with access from the living room and bedroom with a direct view of our beautiful sugar sand beach, pool & hot tub with lots of deck. Vacation rental 405 offers a beautiful full size, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and bedroom, telephone with free local US and Canada calls and Free Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include a king in the bedroom and a full size pull out in the living room. The bathroom has a double sink vanity and walk-in shower. Washer/dryer, Central heat/ air conditioning along with ceiling fans. Bed linens and bath towels provided as well as beach towels. One assigned/covered parking space.
