Some highlights: Expect a huge variety of Asian cuisines: Chinese (Cantonese, Sichuan, dim sum), Taiwanese, Vietnamese, Korean. Neighborhood character & lifestyle Because it’s a dense neighborhood with lots of restaurants and markets, there is always activity: smells, signage, people in and out. It can feel lively and busy. At the same time, there are quieter pockets (especially inside residential buildings or on less trafficked side streets). If you live at here you’ll be in the thick of it: great for food-lovers, for people who like walking and being near city amenities; perhaps less ideal if you crave very quiet suburban-style calm. Noise or loud music at anytime during your stay will result in unfortunate cancellation of your stay. The apartment is equipped with Noise Detectors to stay in compliance with the city ordinance. - No smoking allowed on premises. $500 fine & immediate cancellation will result if violated otherwise. - Please note that this is a residential community. Since you are not on a long term lease, the onsite staff and leasing office are not equipped or authorized to assist you. Please be sure to reach out directly to us, your hosts, so we may resolve any issue should one arise. Long term stays (30+ days) are required to pay for cleaning 2x a month, each at $199. This is a requirement by owner and none negotiable. - Remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. We do have neighbors therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site. All guests are required to send a photo ID if they're 18+ of age, no exceptions.
