The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals, with all the necessary utensils provided. The living room, with a sofa bed and dining table, is a versatile space for socialising. The bathroom, with elegant touches, offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay. For added comfort, the apartment includes air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine and tumble dryer, a Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Rua do Duque de Palmela in Porto is a vibrant spot that blends history and modernity. Set amongst cobbled streets and historic buildings, this area offers a rich mix of culture, cuisine and entertainment. Explore the Jardim de São Lázaro, a lush green oasis in the heart of the city, perfect for relaxing strolls or picnics. Just a short walk away, you’ll find a variety of restaurants, cafés and shops that celebrate authentic Portuguese cuisine and culture. With easy access to Avenida dos Aliados and the River Douro, Rua do Duque de Palmela is the perfect setting for a memorable experience in Porto. The Campo 24 de Agosto metro station, an 8-minute walk away, offers a quick connection to other parts of the city. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds any evidence of a violation (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied. If you require a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). If you lose the key, a replacement fee will apply (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a €40 charge after 7 PM. If the key is left in the lock and a technical intervention is needed, the cost will be determined upon request. We offer a transfer service that will take you directly to the apartment! The tenant agrees to allow the host's staff access to the property for inspections whenever requested, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.
