Our studio offers not only cozy comfort, but also privileged access to the authentic soul of the City of Light. Explore the hidden treasures of this historic district, renowned for its picturesque alleyways, artisanal boutiques and lively cafés, and soak up the bohemian-chic atmosphere that reigns in this neighborhood, where history blends harmoniously with modernity. You're also just a stone's throw from landmarks such as the Place de la Bastille. Let yourself be charmed by the history that permeates every street corner, from the vestiges of the French Revolution to contemporary creative energy. The accommodation's location means you can explore Paris on foot or using the easily accessible public transport system. You can quickly reach the 4 corners of the capital and discover the city's various emblematic sites: Tour-Eiffel, Champs-Elysées, Arc de Triomphe, Sacré coeur... This modern studio is located on the 5th floor (no elevator) of a Parisian building and comprises : - A functional open kitchen with fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and washing machine for your convenience, - A beautiful living room with sofa bed, TV, dining table and closet, - A bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC, - Plenty of storage space - Bed linen and towels are provided. - High-speed Internet connection (WiFi) This apartment is available for a mobility lease ONLY. The mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental. It is designed to facilitate the mobility of tenants, particularly those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or assignment), students, young people in training, work-study programs or internships. Between Belleville and Bastille, the 11th arrondissement is becoming increasingly popular. Heart of revolutionary Paris and the great workers' revolts of the 19th century, it has retained a popular atmosphere and a typically Parisian character. Bars, restaurants, shopping streets, it's a lively, dynamic district on the border of the capital's main eastern thoroughfares. Early check-in: between 10am and 3pm, subject to availability. Late check-in: between 7pm and 11pm, you'll need to collect the keys from our office. WEEKEND arrival Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe. We'll make sure your arrival goes smoothly, and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have."
