Sleeps 20! The layout is perfect for 4 families / group of friends traveling together. Each unit has be renovated and has it's own kitchen, bathroom and living room. The shared spaces include the hallways, entry ways, stairs and balcony. Each unit is secure with an electronic lock. Water view from the Upstairs Balcony This restored two story home includes 6 nicely decorated and themed bedrooms, 4 full baths. It can comfortably accommodate 20 people. Electronic lock code allows easy access! Home's Layout Downstairs features 2 Units - Pier I and Pier II. Pier I is a one bedroom (king bed) unit with a living room with a full size sofa sleeper, a full kitchen and a private bathroom that has a tub and stand up shower. Pier II is a two bedroom ( 2 queen beds) unit with a living room with a full size sofa sleeper, a full kitchen and a private bathroom that has a tub and stand up shower. Upstairs features 2 Units - Pier III and Pier IV. Pier III is a one bedroom ( full bed) unit with a living room, a full kitchen and a private bathroom that has a tub and stand up shower. Pier IV is a two bedroom (1 queen bed and 1 bunk - full bottom and twin top) unit with a living room, full kitchen and a private bathroom that has a tub and stand up shower. Family Room With plenty of natural light, any of the 4 family rooms are a great place to gather. Each family room connects to the kitchen. Stocked with board games and outfitted with WiFi, this home can be your home away from home. Garage Off Street market in the back alley on a concrete slap. One car per unit allowed in the parking spaces. Other cars will needs to be parked on the street. Outdoor Enjoy the outside yard with a front porch and balcony. Dine at 3 brand new picnic tables. This is a PET FRIENDLY HOME (up to 50 pounds): A non-refundable pet fee of $92 per pet will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your pet(s). Maximum of 2 pets. Additional pets must be approved so please send us a request and include the breed/weight. Pet(s) must be crated any time guest is not present.
