About the Home

This home features a large living area with a wonderful patio with views of signal hill and the Sea Point skyline. The large bedroom has a queen sized bed and a dressing table with ample cupboard space. The views of Lion's Head Mountain can be seen from the bed. The fully equipped kitchen also looks out in that direction which is at the South side of the building. Close to some of the most popular restaurants, Deli's, Sea Point Promenade only a block away and on the My Citi Bus route, this home is wonderfully positioned. It is an exceptional size and very spacious for a one bedroom.

Good to know

Kindly note this is a NO SMOKING home and you are kindly requested to only smoke outside on the patio area. • the elevator will not run during loadshedding • please be mindful of electricity usage as this is very expensive in South Africa (Especially those doing Bitcoin mining and similar. Excessive use will be claimed for.) Top up is for guest account on stays longer than 28 days. For longer stays (monthly) top up of electricity will be for your account. Top up of 9kg gas bottle for heaters will likewise be charged to guest @ R450. We note there is construction taking place all over Sea Point 🚧 there is also construction in the roads nearby. Building will continue into 2026. 🚧 Kindly do not rate us on this as we have warned you 🙏 Adding extra persons in an alteration after confirmed bookings will incurs an extra charge of R300/person/day to cover extra bedding, towels, supplies etc. this will be charged via the resolution centre. Same applies if there are 2 persons needing separate sleeping arrangements & needing extra bedding for sleeper couch or Snooza Beds. • Please watch children and make sure they do not climb up the balcony bannisters • should you wish to have your home serviced, linen and towels changed etc please refer to the costs in the house manual supplied in the home. This is charged separately to your nightly rate and will be claimed via the resolution centre or invoiced to you separately. If your booking is longer than 7 days, we require a compulsory mid-stay cleaning and linen/towel change for an additional fee. Fee details: The exact cost is listed in the house manual. Please ask us of you require to know this cost before confirming your booking. Why it’s required: This service is not negotiable, as the linens and towels can only be laundered through our in-house laundry. Keeping the space pristine: We also schedule an additional clean during your stay to ensure the home remains in pristine condition. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
