About the Home
Comfy lounge suite, curtains and kitchen spruced up. So it’s better than the photos depict. An overly large one bedroom, ample cupboard space & the room features a large king size bed.. Both lounge/dining & bedroom have doors leading out onto a covered balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, microwave, stove & fridge and all you need for your holiday stay. The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower. There is also a Snooza bed or use the double sleeper sofa for the extra guests. The flat screen tv has Netflix for you to enjoy. The building is very secure and the front door to the apartment has a security gate as well. Suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and two children. ( Please advise if you need the extra bedding for the other beds)

You are able to arrange housekeeping at an extra cost. Kindly let us know. For all bookings greater than 7 nights, the apartment will be serviced and the linen will be changed during your stay. Therefore an additional cleaning fee will be charged. See prices in the manual. Please advise if you need additional bedding. Early and late check in or out are charged at an extra R500 and this can only be permitted if available PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE THIS HOME If your booking is longer than 7 days, we require a compulsory mid-stay cleaning and linen/towel change for an additional fee. Fee details: The exact cost is listed in the house manual. Please ask us of you require to know this cost before confirming your booking. Why it’s required: This service is not negotiable, as the linens and towels can only be laundered through our in-house laundry. Keeping the space pristine: We also schedule an additional clean during your stay to ensure the home remains in pristine condition. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
The Neighborhood
You are fabulously situated close to wonderful eateries and convenience stores just down the road. Green Point is a very central location as it is walking distance to the V & A Waterfront with its many shops and the Oranjezicht market every Friday and Saturday. Close to The stadium and Mouille Point beach front. The red hopper bus is very close by too.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi.
