Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. You will have exclusive access to the condo unit. POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations. You must be 25 yrs or older to book - Valid ID will be required No smoking, No pets Check IN is after 4PM Check OUT is before 11AM In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.
