Our home caters for both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort on our property. Here are some attractions you won’t want to miss: ✔ The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza, located within the former Texas School Book Depository building, is a museum that chronicles the life, assassination and legacy of President John F. Kennedy [10 min drive] ✔ Reunion Tower, an iconic Dallas landmark, offers panoramic 360-degree views of the Dallas skyline [10 min drive] ✔ Perot Museum of Nature and Science, a natural history and science museum consisting of two campuses and plenty of hands-on exhibits [8 min drive] ✔ AT&T Stadium, host of world cup 2026 [30 min drive] ★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★ We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking. ★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★ We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit. You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed. If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waiving the requirement based on your coverage. Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations. ★ GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIRED ★ To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest. ★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★ Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions. ★ SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT ★ The Short-Term Rental Permit Number for this house is 575442 issued by the City of Dallas. ★ ENTERTAINMENT★ All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts. ★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★ Please note that to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded. Thank you very much for your understanding.
