Please make sure you are comfortable with the policies below before renting. - This home is part of a fourplex property, situated on the second floor (stairs to entry) - The designated roof deck remains entirely private for the second level while the ground floor patio is private for downstairs guests only. - Units are separated by locked adjoining doors for privacy, with potential occasional noise from adjacent units. - Central HVAC is available in both bedrooms only. - Beach items such as chairs, umbrellas, and toys are communal and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. - The property includes exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices for security. - Guests must be at least 30 years old to rent this home, with exceptions for families if not all adults are over 30. - Located in Central Mission Beach's high-density neighborhood, the rental adheres to strict rules suitable for quieter groups. A zero-tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy violations, parties, smoking, or pets is enforced, with the potential for eviction without refund if not complied with. - Check-in form & ID upload required prior to stay
