THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in home. • Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 2 vehicles. • This home is a first-floor walk-down unit, requiring 16 steps to reach the main entrance. • Portable crib available. • Long-term stays allowed. • Seasonal outdoor pools, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. • Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
