Originally built in 1913, the building retains some of its best architectural details. Inside the loft, soaring 16-foot ceilings, exposed brick, original hardwood floors and 12 oversized windows create a bright, open space with loads of character. The private primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed. A pull-out chair in the living room provides sleeping space for one additional guest. Dune Haven is best suited for groups of up to 5 who want comfortable sleeping accommodations. The property’s rental certificate permits a maximum occupancy of 6, but please note that sleeping accommodations are provided for 5. The well-appointed kitchen and open living area make it easy to settle in after a day at the beach, whether you're grabbing takeout downtown, cooking dinner together or heading outside to use the community grills.
