Casa de Juega is a charming three-bedroom, three-bath townhome located in the Las Olas section of Las Conchas. The master suite includes a king-size bed and private bath. The second bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed with access to a hallway bathroom. The third bedroom serves as a second master suite, with a king bed, private exterior entrance, and beautifully tiled bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen has most small appliances, including a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave (dishwasher not included). The living and dining area boasts a wood-burning fireplace (bring your own wood or fire logs) and opens onto a patio overlooking the Sea of Cortez. Additional amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans in every room, wireless internet, local telephone, Satellite TV with Monitor/DVD/VCR, CD and radio, a charcoal barbecue (bring your own charcoal), patio furniture, and an outdoor foot shower. Owner requests no smoking inside. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. This home is pet-friendly with a $75 fee per pet.
