Bantay is located in Los Picos, a quiet, upscale residential beachfront neighborhood just northwest of downtown Bucerías. This area is known for its peaceful atmosphere, quiet beaches, and relaxed pace—ideal for guests seeking tranquility without being far from town. Downtown Bucerías is approximately a 15-minute walk along the beach or a 5-minute drive, offering easy access to restaurants, cafés, artisan markets, and local nightlife. ✓ Elevators provide smooth access to all levels and the property is wheelchair friendly. ✓ Pets are allowed with prior written approval only. Up to 2 small pets (max 10 kg each) or 1 medium pet (max 20 kg). Pets must be well-trained, not left unattended unless crated, and leashed in common areas. Guests are responsible for cleanup; additional cleaning fees may apply if deep cleaning is required. ✓ Paddleboard availability may vary. ✓ Inside the unit, you’ll find iPads that allow you to easily book room service, massages, boat reservations, and drivers. ✓ Boat reservations are subject to availability and weather conditions and can be booked up to 72 hours in advance. Spa appointments may be scheduled up to 24 hours in advance or at any time during your stay, subject to availability. ✓ The tower is a cashless property, the restaurant and spa only accept cards ✓ Guests are required to submit a guest registration form before arrival to the tower. This form is digital and shared immediately after booking.
