A canopy of foliage surround and outline the lovely, landscaped interior backyard. This is the ideal spot for laughing with friends and family on the patio while barbecuing steaks or playing cards. The kids will absolutely love this space. Look closely, and you may spot some wildlife, from the bright yellow & red Western Tanager to the majestic Mule Deer. To ensure your safety, it is critical that during November 1st - April 30th brakes, windshield wipers, defroster, heater and exhaust system are in top condition. Tires need to be properly inflated and the tread must be in excellent condition. Always carry tire chains, even if driving an AWD/4WD vehicle. Make sure the chains are the proper size for your tires and are in working order.
