The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals and an eat in nook. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if an evening in enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV sounds relaxing. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, walk in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms have queen size beds for your guests to feel right at home. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The screened in has a table & seats to enjoy your morning coffee or juice. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold drink before heading out to the town square and dance the night away. This small dog friendly home comes complete and includes a Golf Cart, BBQ grill, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers. This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment. NOTE: GOLF CART IS PROVIDED AS A COURTESY FROM THE OWNER IF FOR ANY REASON THE CART DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REPLACEMENT CART. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTING YOUR OWN CART. This is a smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the unit, on patios, and on the property's premises. This policy is enforced to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe living environment for all guests. Rates are based on double occupancy, additional guest rates will apply. Rates shown do not include taxes and additional fees. Credit card processing fees will be applied. Non-refundable Pet Fee $200 per stay (if applicable)
