This top floor condo features a fully stocked kitchen complete with an oven, stove, microwave, full-sized fridge and breakfast bar. The kitchen flows into an open-concept living space with a flatscreen TV, comfy queen sized sofa bed and a spacious beachfront balcony! Down the hall is a cozy Queen Bedroom as well as a full private bathroom with a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries for your stay. Enjoy free high speed Wireless Internet and Roku Smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps! Guests who bring service animals must complete an application 30 days before arrival for Sunglow HOA Board approval. - The concierge desk in the lobby is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm and Sunday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. - The beach is accessible directly from the property. Our brand-new sparkling pool and relaxing hot tub overlooking the Atlantic have just been completed for you to enjoy! -The outdoor beach shower tower is located on the pool deck, allowing for quick cleans after a trip on the beach. - This property does not have Cable TV. Thanks for understanding. - Guests will only receive one parking permit upon arrival. Additional vehicles will have to be parked offsite at a location of their choosing.
