Just 100 yards from the Mammoth Creek park, you can fish the creek, use the playground or picnic at the tables or large grassy area or enjoy the Mammoth Community Rec Zone or LA Kings Ice that offers a host of activities and year-round recreation opportunities. Just a short walk across the street and you are at The Bowling Alley, grocery store, shops, restaurants, and the movie theatre. The Chateau Blanc complex also offers a large outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Everything you need to keep your little ones entertained. Inside the unit features floor to ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings and a renovated interior. On the lower level the primary bedroom features a Queen bed, with TV, access to the downstairs ground floor patio and has an adjacent jack-n-jill style vanity, full bathroom with walk-in shower. The third and final bedroom is ideal for the kids with two sets of bunks, a Full over Full, and Twin over Twin. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, this inviting retreat provides everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay, for the whole family including the pups! Dog crates, portable AC unit and lots of family games are also included!
