Our studio is located in the 19th arrondissement, at the heart of a lively and historic neighborhood where Parisian authenticity is revealed in all its splendor. The studio’s proximity to the Canal de l'Ourcq, Parc des Buttes Chaumont, and the La Villette urban park with its museum, cinema, and music space will allow you to explore the rich cultural heritage of the area. Our studio, which can accommodate 2 people, will offer you a comfortable stay with quality furnishings. The space is perfectly optimized, and its balcony with a view of the Canal de l'Ourcq creates a bright and warm atmosphere. With several metro stations nearby, it will be an ideal starting point to explore all corners of Paris: the Eiffel Tower, the Champs-Élysées, Montmartre and the Sacré-Cœur Basilica, the Louvre Museum, Île de la Cité and Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Left Bank. Our studio, located on the 3rd floor with an elevator, is within a modern residence and consists of : - A living room with a comfortable double sofa bed (140x200 cm), television, and a dining table for two people. - A fully equipped open kitchen: refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, kettle, toaster. - A bathroom with a shower, sink, and WC. - A balcony with an outdoor table and chairs. - Clever storage solutions: You’ll find well-thought-out storage options to keep your personal belongings organized and accessible. - Connectivity: Enjoy high-speed Internet (WiFi) and television to stay connected during your stay. - Linens and towels included: We provide quality bed linens and towels.
