Our studio, which can accommodate 2 people, will offer you a comfortable stay with quality furnishings. The space is perfectly optimized, and its balcony with a view of the Canal de l'Ourcq creates a bright and warm atmosphere. With several metro stations nearby, it will be an ideal starting point to explore all corners of Paris: the Eiffel Tower, the Champs-Élysées, Montmartre and the Sacré-Cœur Basilica, the Louvre Museum, Île de la Cité and Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Left Bank. Our studio, located on the 3rd floor with an elevator, is within a modern residence and consists of : - A living room with a comfortable double sofa bed (140x200 cm), television, and a dining table for two people. - A fully equipped open kitchen: refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, kettle, toaster. - A bathroom with a shower, sink, and WC. - A balcony with an outdoor table and chairs. - Clever storage solutions: You’ll find well-thought-out storage options to keep your personal belongings organized and accessible. - Connectivity: Enjoy high-speed Internet (WiFi) and television to stay connected during your stay. - Linens and towels included: We provide quality bed linens and towels.
