Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a twin pull out sleeper chair, and a smart TV. Bedroom #3 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, a twin trundle, and a smart TV. This home also includes an additional full hallway bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in home on the ground floor on the west side of the property. • Driveway parking for 4 vehicles available, including boat parking. • The front door is located upstairs. • The hot tub on the ground floor is not available for guest use. There is a locked room on the ground floor that is also unavailable for guests. •This is a no-pet property. Any indication of an animal on the premises during or after your stay will incur additional fees. • This home is equipped with one external ring security camera located at and actively monitoring the front door. • The property is accessible by golf cart, and golf carts are permitted to drive from the property to the beach. Fin and Feather does not offer a golf cart with the property. • Age Requirement: The primary booking guest must be 25 years or older. At least one guest aged 25+ must be present on-site for the entire stay, from check-in through check-out.
