The covered lanai is the perfect place to watch whales and spinner dolphins, tour boats, canoes, paddle boarders, and parasailers, and the ever-changing colors and textures of the ocean. A lovely teak table and chairs provides a place for dining, board games, and sunset watching. Read or nap in the comfort of the steamer lounger and enjoy the fragrance of the plumeria trees so close to the lanai that you can almost touch them. This 920 square foot 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo comfortably sleeps 4. Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean waves with a California King bed in the primary bedroom, a comfortable Queen sofa bed in the living room. The bath can be entered conveniently from the bedroom or hallway and has double sinks and a large walk-in shower. The upgraded fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook meals or prepare to barbeque at the lanai near the cabana, a great place to enjoy your meal and meet new friends. The condo also has central air conditioning, a washer and dryer in the unit, free Wi-Fi, and free long-distance calls to the US Mainland and Canada. Casa 216 is the perfect home base for your island adventures, or lounge on the sand near the sea wall, take a refreshing dip in either the ocean front saltwater pool or the garden pool, or simply enjoy the beautifully landscaped gardens. As evening draws near, guests and residents are drawn to the sea wall to watch glorious sunsets before the tiki torches are lit. You might even hear someone blowing a conch shell to bid the day goodbye. Conveniently located just 2 miles south of Kailua-Kona, Casa De Emdeko is a gated complex with free parking, two pools, beautiful gardens, a cabana and BBQ area, a laundry room for guest and resident use, and an on-site convenience store. *Please note that this complex has frequent temporary water shut offs.
