Regency Isle 806 is a luxurious, gulf-front, 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo in Orange Beach, located a half-mile from the Flora-Bama. Regency Isle 806 features wood-plank tile floors throughout, shiplap walls, wet bar, beautiful appointments, lovely décor, granite vanities, Wi-Fi, and full-sized washer and dryer. Located on the 8th floor, the beach views are stunning. The expansive balcony, which can be accessed by both the living area and master bedroom, features tile floors and ample seating for the entire party to enjoy lovely sunsets over the gulf. Watch the waves kiss the shoreline from the spacious living area which features lovely décor, two reclining chairs and a couch. The dining area table seats six plus there is seating for four at the kitchen bar. Just off the dining area, you will find a wet bar with an additional sink and stand-alone ice maker for added convenience, plus a half-bath. The well-equipped kitchen features granite counters, tile backsplash, stainless-steel appliances. Appliances such as blender, toaster, a Keurig, & regular coffee maker are supplied. The master bedroom features a king bed, shiplap wall, balcony access, flat screen TV and a private bath. The master bath includes a tile walk-in shower and double granite vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed, Captain’s bunk (full bed on bottom with twin sized bed on top), flat screen TV and private bath.
