The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining area and a conservatory, perfect for relaxing. The master bedroom features a double bed, whilst the en-suite bathroom offers all the essential amenities. Enjoy a spacious terrace with a balcony and outdoor furniture. For added convenience, the apartment features a washing machine and tumble dryer, a dishwasher, electric radiators, Wi-Fi and a TV with a cable box. This ground-floor apartment, located in Porto, offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for a comfortable stay. Located on the bustling Rua da Firmeza, the flat offers excellent access to the heart of Porto. Just a short walk away, you’ll find the Campo 24 de Agosto Bus and Metro Station (6 minutes), making it easy to get around the city. For your daily shopping, there’s a supermarket just 2 minutes away. The surrounding area is rich in dining options, with restaurants and cafés to suit all tastes, as well as paid parking. Explore nearby attractions such as the Capela das Almas, Via Catarina Shopping, the iconic Café Majestic and the São João Theatre, all within easy reach. To sample the local cuisine, try the famous Francesinha at Café Santiago or traditional Portuguese food at the Abadia restaurant. São Bento train and metro station is nearby, with bus route 500 taking you to Ribeira, Foz and Matosinhos Market. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied. If you require a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). If you lose the key, a replacement fee will apply (price upon request). If you leave the key inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a €40 charge after 7 PM. If the key is left in the lock and a technical intervention is needed, the cost will be determined upon request. To make Porto more attractive, a municipal tourist tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00, included in the stay price, applies to guests over 13 years old, charged per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. For stays of 28 nights or more, there is a utilities limit of €190, covering water, electricity, and the internet/TV package. Any amount exceeding this limit will be charged to the guest. The tenant must allow entry to the host’s staff for property inspections whenever requested. Monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
