Step into this sleek, 1,477 sq. ft. 5th-floor condo and immediately feel at home. The open and airy living area is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring a plush sectional sofa, stylish furnishings, and cozy poofs for extra seating. There’s also a flatscreen Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day under the sun or just chilling before a night out. Dining area that comfortably seats six, whether to enjoy a meal together, use it as a workspace, or for a game night. A portable cocktail bar adds a fun touch, so you can mix drinks and liven up the conversation. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances. A breakfast bar with two stools is perfect for enjoying a quick coffee or having a casual chat while someone else cooks. You’ll sleep soundly in three stylish bedrooms, each featuring a comfy queen-sized bed. With three full bathrooms, you’ll have plenty of space to get ready for your day or relax in comfort after a day of adventures. With its perfect layout and amenities, this condo offers you an ideal place to unwind and enjoy your vacation in style. The condo is just a 2-min (4 block) walk to the famous 5th Ave and 5 blocks to the beach! You'll be within walking distance to it all! - Take a short stroll to the famous pedestrian walk street, 5th Avenue, lined w/restaurants, bars, boutique and souvenir shops, malls, street performers and loads of people-watching! - Just another block and you hit the beach at 6th St. to the beach there, or walk a few blocks to 10th St to the popular Zenzi Beach Club. - The condo is just ½ block from 30th Ave, with lots of “local” shopping & services including a Super Walmart! It’s literally just a 2-minute walk away! - Vibrant shopping malls nearby like Paseo del Carmen outdoor shopping mall, Quinta Alégria and the shops at Calle Corazón. Also, here are some of our local restaurant recommendations: - Yum Yum by George (Thai/Asian fusion) - Mu Burgerhouse (Gourmet burgers) - Eat Bar (Mediterranean) - WOW Café (for coffee & light eats) The washer and dryer are not available until further notice. The sauna is out of service until further notice. To use the condo amenities like the gym, jacuzzi and/or BBQ grill, you need to make a reservation one day before at reception. For the BBQ, there’s a 500 peso deposit that is returned as long as you clean the BBQ adequately when finished using it. There is no daily housekeeping service but a mid-stay cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee, and for stays over 7 days, cleaning is complimentary. Long-term stays are available. There’s a laptop-friendly space inside. Great for the remote worker! We’re happy to assist you with other services like weekly cleaning, airport transfers, tour info, and more. All of these services can be booked by contacting us prior to your arrival. We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, like fresh towels, drinking water, some soap, shampoo and toilet paper. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay. If you’d like a grocery service/delivery, just let us know and we can arrange that for you. Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 28 days or more. A meter reading will be recorded on the day of your arrival and then again on the day of your check out. Electricity for long term stays are charged a fixed rate of $5.22 pesos per kWh. The consumption will be charged through the booking platform or deducted from your security deposit. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. HOUSE RULES: - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $200 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture - Pets are not allowed. - Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings. - It is requested to use the safe box in the rental for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft. - Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. Glasses, glass bottles, food or coolers are not allowed in the pool; the use of disposable or plastic glasses is allowed.
