The apartment features a bright and cheerful living room with a dining table and a sofa bed; a fully equipped kitchen with top-quality utensils and a balcony; a comfortable double bedroom with its own balcony; and a bathroom with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. For your convenience, all apartments include air conditioning, a dishwasher, a Smart TV with channels, and Wi-Fi. Book now – because Liiiving is easy! Rua Júlio Dinis, located in the beautiful city of Porto, is surrounded by charming neighbourhoods full of history, culture, and urban life. As you explore the area, you’ll discover a perfect blend of the traditional and the modern. Step outside the building and you’ll find a street full of local shops, cosy cafés, and colourful storefronts. The Mercado do Bom Sucesso is just steps away, offering local delicacies, drinks, gourmet products, restaurants, and retail shops. You can also take a stroll through the Palácio de Cristal Gardens, a true green oasis in the heart of the city, offering stunning views over the Douro River – perfect for relaxing, having a picnic, or simply enjoying nature. In addition, Rua Júlio Dinis is strategically located close to some of Porto’s most iconic attractions. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it could affect your stay. As part of our commitment to transparency, we want your expectations to be aligned with reality. It’s our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy. Key collection takes place at our Welcome Center – Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto – where you can meet our friendly team! In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). We operate a strict no-smoking policy throughout the property. If our team finds any evidence of smoking (e.g. smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged. Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). If you lose your key, a replacement fee will apply (to be confirmed). If you leave the key inside the apartment and our team needs to assist you to unlock the door, there is a €40 fee after 7 PM. If the key is left in the lock (technical intervention required), the cost will be confirmed depending on the situation. For stays of 28 nights or more, utility usage (water, electricity, internet/TV) is capped at €190. Any amount exceeding this limit will be charged to the guest. The tenant agrees to allow a staff member from the host’s team to enter the property for inspection whenever requested, with monthly visits foreseen. We also offer an airport transfer service that will drop you off directly at the apartment – just request it in advance!
