The Parkdale Ranch vacation rental is perfect for smaller groups or families looking for a fun place to stay. A large dining room overlooking the Arkansas River, comfy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the comforts of a modern kitchen. The living room has 2 leather sofas, wood fireplace, flat screen TV, movies and DVD Player. The outdoor deck reveals amazing views of the Arkansas River Valley where you can sit in the hot tub and soak it all in! Enjoy this comfortable location with its incredibly easy access to all of our areas premier activities. All of our Colorado Vacation rentals are near to the Royal Gorge Bridge & Park, The Royal Gorge Route Railway, Great golf courses, Gold Metal fly fishing with private access, World Class whitewater rafting at Royal Gorge Rafting, Our nations best Zip Line Tours with Royal Gorge Zip Line Tours. The Parkdale Ranch is located near our famed white water rafting tours and zip-line courses. The Parkdale Ranch is also located just 3 Miles from the world famous Royal Gorge Bridge and Park, as well as amazing hiking, biking, and fishing right on your doorstep. Guests must sign a rental agreement at check in! Please contact us to preview the rental agreement. All reservations will have a one time cleaning fee of $250 applied to the reservation.
