Welcome to Hilltop Haven! Our 3-story townhome has 3 private bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a large living space, a fully stocked kitchen and two patios! On the second floor you will find our open concept living room and kitchen. The living room is the perfect setting for enjoy the cozy couch, large smart tv, gas fireplace, and play a board game! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to create your favorite dishes on vacation. This space also has a large dining table with seating for 6! The patio off the living room has seating and great views of north Fayetteville. The patio space on the ground floor can be accessed through the garage and has additional seating and a grill! When it is time to turn in for the night choose between our 3 bedrooms all located on the 3rd floor: 1) Primary suite with a King size bed, full private bathroom with large shower & tub, closet, and Smart TV. 2) Queen bedroom, with a desk/vanity, closet, and a nearby bathroom. 3) Queen bedroom with a closet and a nearby bathroom. Home to the University of Arkansas, amazing local restaurants and shops, and popular bike trails, Fayetteville does not disappoint. Whether you're coming up here to visit the University or get a taste of our favorite local eats, there's something for everyone in your crew. ★ Not pet-friendly. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. - This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies. - There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
