On the ground floor, it comprises : - A functional and fully equipped open-plan kitchen including a refrigerator, freezer, hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, and dishwasher. - A first lounge area with a double sofa bed, seating, side table, and television. - A dining area with a table for 8 people. - Two double bedrooms with beds, televisions, and storage spaces. Both bedrooms have a shower and a personal sink. - Two additional double bedrooms with beds, televisions, and storage spaces. - A bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. - A separate toilet. - A washing machine is available in one of the hallway storage spaces.
