The Sullivan can accommodate up to 11 guests between 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, large kitchen, and living room. There is a $75 non refundable pet fee. 2 pets maximum. You are responsible for informing us that you are traveling with your pet(s). Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply, and no refund will be issued.
